The original BW KSK overshoes olive used come from stocks of the Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK) and were designed for reliable use under extreme conditions. They can be quickly pulled over regular boots and provide excellent protection against moisture and cold – whether hunting, fishing, on guard duty or on winter tours.
This improved model features an especially convenient quick-opening system: a continuous zipper with protective hook-and-loop flap makes it easier to put on and take off while also ensuring a high level of wind and waterproofness. Alternatively, a laced version is available. The high shaft with drawcord at the top edge and an elastic insert at the ankle ensure an optimal fit. Inside, a warm plush lining provides pleasant insulation even at very low temperatures.
The profiled studded sole ensures a secure footing even on slippery ground. Also known as Heatpac or Mukluk boots, these overboots are part of the proven equipment of long-range reconnaissance troops and special forces.
