Fruit compote with rye flakes
Fruit porridge with rye flakes is a tasty and nutritious freeze-dried breakfast with a high proportion of fruit and grains. The breakfast contains no flavor enhancers and therefore offers only a minimal taste difference compared to cooked porridge. To alter the flavor as little as possible, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients, all of which are freeze-dried separately from one another.
Preparation:
Tear off the top and unfold the bottom. Add 200–300 ml of boiling water (level G). Stir. Reseal. Wait 5 minutes. Add more water if desired. Can also be prepared with cold water; in that case the time increases to 15 minutes.
