The pouches with the ACH appliqués can be attached either to the sides or the front of an FLT backpack. The entire inside is covered with soft hook-and-loop. Pouches can be attached to the hook-and-loop fasteners for organization. By attaching the FLT shoulder strap IR, the Cargo Pocket can be arranged individually.
